आत्मशक्ति जब विश्वास हो खुद पर तो आत्मा
 शक्ति की कोई सीमा नहीं रह जाती है 

व्यक्ति( मनुष्य )के भीतर में विभिन्न प्रकार के विचार उत्पन्न होते हैं किंतु अगर स्वयं की आत्म- शक्ति तभी प्राप्त होती है जब अगर मस्तिष्क में यह बात घर कर जाए कि बस अब तो वह मेरा है और लक्ष्य मुझे प्राप्त करना है और जोआत्म-  शक्ति मिलती है वह मिलती है स्वयं पर विश्वास करके ही जो कि आत्म शक्ति आत्मविश्वास कहलाती है आत्मा अर्थात परमात्मा से जुड़ा शब्द है जिसमे एक मधुर विश्वास शक्ति की उत्पत्ति होती है जो उत्पत्ति शक्ति अर्थात ऊर्जा से संबंध होता है जिसमें मनुष्य अपने मस्तिष्क तो क्या अंतर मन में भी बस यही विश्वास शक्ति उत्पन्न कर ले तो कोई उसे अपनी मंजिल तक जाने से नहीं रोक सकता है बस इसी शक्ति आत्म शक्ति को अपने अंदर बनाए रखना ही आवश्यक होगा जिस शक्ति से ही सभी चीजों की उत्पत्ति संभव है वह है आत्म शक्ति जो कि आत्म विश्वास पर निर्भर रखी नींव से ही इमारत का निर्माण किया जा सकता है उसी प्रकार से हमें कोई भी कितना भी रास्ते से भटका है परंतु स्वयं पर विश्वास आत्मविश्वास एवं आत्म शक्ति के बलबूते मंजिल लक्ष्य तक आसानी से पहुंचा जा सकता है
